Is it necessary for me to reserve my treatment?

Yes, you need to make an appointment with us via +6019 713 3662 or make an appointment directly at our spa. Our business hours are daily from 10am to 9pm.

How early should I arrive?

Guests are advised to arrive 15 minutes before their treatment to check in and relax. Guests who arrive late have less time for their treatments, which reduces the effectiveness and enjoyment of the treatment. Your treatment must end on time so as not to delay the next guest’s treatment.

What if I have a health concern?

We would appreciate it if you could notify our front desk or the manager on duty prior to making a reservation. If you have concerns about high blood pressure, allergies or other physical illness/disabilities, it is important that you let us know.

Can I enjoy a spa treatment if I am pregnant?

Our on-duty spa manager/receptionist will advise you on the treatments that you can safely enjoy during pregnancy.

What about my valuables?

We will provide the safe box to keep your valuables.

Can I cancel my reservations?

The treatments you have chosen are reserved especially for you. If you want to cancel them, please inform us at least two hours before the appointment.

What are other important points I should consider?

A tranquil, relaxed and calm atmosphere contributes to the ambiance of a spa. We would appreciate it if you would lower your voice and turn your phones to silent when in the spa. We are a non-smoking establishment.

What mode of payment can I use?

We accept payment via cash, credit cards and E-wallets.
